Society Programs

• Space Camp --the Society of Women Engineers and Hewlett-Packard sponsor scholarships to NASA's Space Camp program to help interest minority girls in engineering.

• High Tech Vocations for Young Women with Disabilities --workshop from the Space Coast Section of the Society of Women Engineers (contact us if you want to run this!)

• The following Society scholarships are aimed at assisting students with financial need:

  • The Dell Computer Corporation Scholarships

  • The Ivy Parker Memorial Scholarship

  • The Men's Auxiliary of the Society of Women Engineers (MASWE) Scholarship

• The Rockwell Corporation Scholarship is awarded to (post-freshmen) leaders with preference to those underrepresented in engineering.  See the Society scholarship page for application information.

• There are numerous programs at the National Conference to educate our members on what we can do to create inclusive environments.

• Internally, the Society also has grants, awards, videos, and measurements to encourage regions and sections to develop programs as well.
