4. Why
can't I click on an email address on this web page and send email
directly to the person?
It's come to our attention that spam-generating
programs search the net for the HTML code that allows you to click on an
email address and send email directly to the person. The programs
copy the email addresses and then send the spam.
We have taken out the HTML code and changed the
addresses from the "jane.doe@somewhere.org" format to the "jane.doe-AT-somewhere.org"
format. This is done to reduce the spam received by our volunteers.
We greatly regret the inconvenience this means to
our visitors.

page and contact us so we can put you on our
mailing list.
