by Bryna Goeckner, Wisconsin Section President

On February 26th we held a joint meeting with the Chicago Regional Section at Snap-On in Kenosha. Snap-on was generous enough to sponsor the event, which included dinner, an introduction to the company and its history, and a tour. The tour offered SWE members a chance to see quality assurance testing, rapid prototyping and other technologies that Snap-on uses for producing its high-end tools and storage equipment. It was very interesting to learn more about a company that has a long history with the Milwaukee area, and hopefully we can continue to build our relationship with Snap-on.
