Newsletter Submittals

Newsletter comes out January, March, May, July, September, and November (recent issues).  Deadline:  25th of month prior to publication.

Typical newsletter content:

  • front-page message from Exec Council member
  • meeting announcements for next two months
  • volunteer needs

Submit articles to Andrea Fyhrlund, afyhrlund-AT-ameritech.net.

Please put the word "newsletter" in the subject line when submitting articles.

Record of Policy and Interpretation, aka "P&I" (pdf, size unknown, 75 pages, link to national site) Chronicle of all policy decisions made by the Board of Directors (BOD) and Council of Section Representatives (CSR, later renamed Council of Representatives, COR), organized by subject.

Final Brochure (pdf, 234 kB) Tri-fold brochure. Note: Printing setting on most computers will cut off an end section of this sheet.  For successful printing, rotate the sheets (both) 180 degrees until the sheet cuts off the right end of the sheet (the sheets were designed for these printing settings).

Color section Logo 2"x2" (JPEG, 56 kB) With thick edges so can be scaled down to 1"x1"
Black and White Section Logo, 2"x2" (GIF, 8 kB) Greyscale--sometimes word processing documents do not translate colors well to black and white.  (Note:  cog has thin band)
SWE Color Logo with Thick Band (JPEG, 79 kB) Thick band allows for greater size reduction without loss of band.
